Debbie has served the MMR in leadership capacities since its inception.
Secretary for 4 years, the first female road captain who leads us on great rides through the back roads of Carver on her Dyna Super Glide, my right hand lady as the 2007 Vice President, our Membership Coordinator, who came up with this position when Chuck Sherman was the group President. Debbie says, “We had so many new members that I didn't know, I thought this was a way to put a name with a face.”
Debbie has many other talents that don’t involve motorcycles and keeps herself busy decorating her house beautifully for the holidays, being the President of her Garden Club, driving a school bus and working part-time at a gift shop. Her latest business venture is making Swarovski crystal jewelry.
Debbie is the mother of 3 and wife of our monthly columnist, Lee for over 34 years.. She is one of my dearest friends in the MMR and gives great advice in her unofficial position as my second mom.
